summer hiatus, 2007

first off i went up to redfeather lakes for a few days of riding a mountain bike (killpecker/lone pine loop and a day of ss at mt. margaret) and fishing. honestly, i was kind of letting it hang wide open for the whole trip, as this picture of sue can attest to.

for some reason he cuddled up in there. my dog is so ghetto.

back in the fort for a few days then a 4 day 3 night backpack trip with jb: jack creek/irish rock/greybull river loop. one year exactly after a big fire. these are the pics.

then back to fort collins for a few days then to crested butte, sort of: towed the nimrod down that away's and camped next to spring creek with timothy. 4 days of a nice rhythm - a day of riding followed by a day of fly fishing in alpine lakes etc. and so forth. a guy could get used to that.

last week was spent in steamboat. did a little riding, but mostly fishing. no picture taking. and now i'm at my new job. i think its gonna be great.
