picture is of me taken in the late fall or early winter of '99, at the sketchiest bike shop i ever worked at - the now defunct metropolis bicycles in the philadelphia nebula of the pennsylvania galaxy. that might be a mini- knack knack i busted out, whachotink? i was doing my best to break the un-breakable zephyr scooter or something. we built a little ramp in the back of the shop ... ahhhhh, winter at the bike shop shenanigans. we couldn't break it, despite trying several methods. pretty sure i hurt myself once or twice in the effort.

nothing like bike shop shenanigans. sometimes I miss those carefree days.
i'm pretty sure it was me. i developed an old roll of film last month and this sweet shot was on there.
the front wheel is backwards, so you COULD be doing a x-up, but i think you took off that way.
and what do you mean sketchy? i'm still rocking some of those parts i took from metropolis in lieu of getting paid. i'm not sure when its downhill progress REALLY picked up speed, but it may have had something to do with me cashing all my paychecks from that year at one time.
and joe mac is now working in a print shop printing those lovely illegal posters that pop up in most cities.
