what a day. productive morning at work, REALLY productive, and then some brain damaging nonesense (self imposed, mostly) in the afternoon. yeah well.
all in all its fitting that it was a smokinggun kind of day. witness:

my own personal gem of the day happened when i caught up with a 50 something woman who was riding her bike to work along my regular morning route.
"nice morning eh", i said.
"yeah we're cruising with this tail wind. gonna be hard on the way home though." she replied.
gotta love the fort.
