been super sick the last week. had to postpone the start to the 'cross season (was s'posed to go today ...). fever, aches, pains, hallucinations, the full gamut. my buddy tim just had (has?) west nile. hope thats not what it was.
so anyway, at home for three days i had a lot of time on my hands and surfed a bit - as you might imagine. at any rate, here are some fun things i found. mostly youtube crap. all safe for work.

and closer to home, my illustrious representative in congress has proven yet again that she has her priorities straight. what an embarassment.
on that note i think i need to go for a little spin.

i am feeling better, thanks syd.
we got her because the district (outside of fort collins) is mostly conservative and rural. she sucks.
